I just want to start out by saying that I have been extremely blessed to have the roommate and floor mates that I do! I absolutely love the girls on my floor, and I love the family that we are becoming! But even on the brightest days, there will still be hiccups, disagreements, and compromises. The thing that I am learning is that communication and respect is key. Address the issues, and do not talk about them with others.
