More then a Song Entry by Olivia Kesler

My submission is very simple. This a photograph taken in a specialty hospital my mom was in two years ago. Though it was taken at the very beginning of her illness, it represents the state of waiting we have endured over the past 30 months. Her disease is a very debilitating one; she is completely dependent on others for every need, therefore, we wait on the Lord to act in mighty ways so that she may be healed. My position in the picture has been the constant attitude of my heart for what seems like forever: humbled, expectant, and at times very weary. However, God is faithful, and I know He will reveal himself in this situation in due time.
