This simple hummus recipe can be whipped up in no time flat and enjoyed for lunch or a snack. It’s free of many common allergens, which makes it perfect for anyone on a vegetarian or gluten free diet! It’s also very cheap to make and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week for easy snacking.

Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans, then put them in a food processor with the other ingredients. Process until hummus is smooth, adding additional water 1 tablespoon at a time until hummus is creamy.
Serve with assorted veggies, corn chips, or gluten free crackers!
Store leftovers in the fridge tightly covered for up to one week.
