Let’s grow together {Delight & be Savvy}

Yes, just like the title says, Let’s grow together. Shall we? I thought of quite a few things I could’ve written as my first post here but I wanted to start by sharing my vision for this section. Specifically, I want to learn and grow with you readers that are geared toward business and photography. The beautiful thing about social media and the internet is the source of community I have found in the photography world online. So with that being said, lets grow a community here too. Yes? Okay, great.

I have learned most everything I know not just from going out and practicing (Which is the one way to learn) but also hours online asking questions, reading blogs, finding tutorials and watching how-to’s on YouTube.  Sometimes I would come across people when I was first started who would turn their noses at me, the newbie. That did hurt, I had so many questions, I wanted to be better BUT, the ones who took me under their wing and poured into me (Yes, even online!) really made an impact on me and got me to where I am today. So welcome, because here we will help each other learn and grow and you will not be turned away.

Mainly, I will be sharing Tutorials, Business Tips, maybe even lots of personal experience from myself as a wedding and portrait photographer. I most certainly don’t claim to know everything (Or anything at that matter), but I want to share with you what I do know and maybe you wont make some of the mistakes Ive made, maybe I’ll spark just an ounce of inspiration in you to try something new, and maybe even you will push yourself to be better at what Jesus has equipped you with! Thats the beautiful thing about our minds and art, it constantly evolves and gets fine tuned when we apply ourselves!! Let’s better our gifts, sharpen our minds and g r o w together! I am SO excited to be apart of this with you!
