I started making jewelry when I was about seven years old… So this has been a long journey for me! :) I used to make beaded bracelets and necklaces, and sell them at craft shows with my grandma… That grew into having a space in a store when I was about thirteen, then an Etsy shop… And here I am! I am an extremely determined person. When I know what I want to do, I don’t give up until it is done, so I think that has really been the driving force behind my business… That, and a whole lot of the Lord’s help. Let’s be honest here… It’s all Him!
When I was younger, we has this family friend… She was a mom, a wife, in her late 20’s, and she started a clothing business. And it literally exploded. She had celebrities wearing her clothes, she had a boutique, her clothes were featured on tons of TV shows… It was a big deal. For me it was inspiring, because that was my dream! But unfortunately, the fame and finances ended up ending her marriage and our family’s friendship. But I feel that, that too was something that I could learn from. No matter how much success we may find, we must remember that we are not our own. It’s all for His glory! We didn’t get to that point without God’s help, and we certainly don’t deserve the glory! I feel like I took away a lot of great business knowledge, as well as the mindset that chasing my dreams isn’t crazy… Dreams really can come true, but we must have a firm foundation on the Lord, and remember that the things of this world pass away… He is the only thing that stands the test of time! We must keep our eyes on Him!

If you have a dream, chase it! If you have an opportunity, take it! I think we learn so much about ourselves, and the Lord, when we step out of our comfort zone… It teaches us that we can’t do everything on our own power…We must rely on Him! With God, all things are possible!!
