Can you help with the Delight House?
As I sit down to write this, I am just so overwhelmed with gratefulness. And in awe of God’s provision step by step. Just last week I received the bill from the insurance for the second half of the year for $379.00. . .and as I was leaving a friends house this past weekend, she randomly handed me a check. I didn’t look at it until I got home and was blown away when I pulled it out and saw it was written for $350!!! Time and time again since January, God has provided right when the needs arise. I’m truly learning daily to live by faith in regards to provision for this house step by step.
So far since January we have raised almost $4,000. . .some has gone for labor, electrical, plumbing, garbage dump loads, monthly electrical bills & house insurance. Tomorrow we will owe another $6000 for the drywall, putting up a couple walls, fan for the bathroom as well as a couple wall heaters. I will head up and take some pictures when I move the water later and post the progress as it is so exciting to see what changes have been made in the past week!
Some of the next upcoming needs are: windows, flooring, paint & kitchen cabinets. There is a list of every single need if you scroll down a few posts! We need an estimated $50,000 to complete this project. My heart’s desire is to have it completed before the snow falls. In order to do this, we need everyone’s help.
If we have 500 people give $100, we can do this!!!
