Grace & Salt is based off the Bible verse Colossians 4:6 – “Let your conversation be always full of GRACE, seasoned with SALT, so that you may know how to answer everyone.”
The idea of Grace & Salt came about when Justin’s love for fine craftsmanship and woodwork collided with my (Keary) love for cooking, entertaining, having people in our home and around our table. For me it’s not even so much about the act of cooking (which I truly love), but the space we create around our table for memories to be made, stories to be told, and a place for hearts to connect. The table should be a safe place where we have our deepest conversation, where we rejoice together, pray together, grow together and encourage each other to live out a life radically serving and glorifying our Creator. It should be a place where friends and family will be fed not only by food but by the Holy Spirit. Our heart is to handcraft American made tables that will create a space in your home to have open doors, food on the table, sweet fellowship and a place to fiercely love those around you just as Christ has loved us.
Justin & Keary believe in cultivating rich life, conversation, and community through handcrafted tables. Grace & Salt came to be when Justin’s love for fine craftsmanship and woodwork collided with Keary’s love for cooking and sharing life with people around the table. Their heart is to build heirloom quality tables that create a gathering place that inspires times of rejoicing, encouragement, prayer and deep conversations.
