When words fail, art speaks. Be it music, paints, film, broken pieces, bits of glass, or a photograph…sometimes all there is left to speak with are colors and shadows and what’s left behind. It is everywhere if you only stop to see it. Beauty is in the imperfections, because it is those imperfections; those weaknesses, that allow GOD’s perfection to shine through. HIS power is made perfect in my weakness. It is then that a mosaic of all the scars that form myself are allowed to be seen as beautiful. It is then that my brokenness is made into something complete and whole. Until every scar is beautiful…
